Sleep & Lounge Garment Care

At La Senza our products are beautifully designed to allow our customers hassle free garment care. A simple rule is to always follow the care instructions which are provided on all labels. Using the tips below may also help prolong the life of your sleep and loungewear.

Washing

You’ll be glad to hear that all La Senza garments can be safely machine washed. Remember to handle your sleep and loungewear with care and use a delicate/gentle cycle. Alternatively, you can hand wash to be extra cautious. Remember, always separate your darks, lights, and whites to avoid colour bleeding!

Drying

La Senza Garments can be tumble dried but ensure to use a low heat in order to keep them in perfect condition for as long as possible. Alternatively you can air dry lingerie but be sure not to leave them under direct sunlight for too long, as this may damage the colours.

Standard Delivery - £3.95 or FREE for orders over £45

It takes up to 3 working days for delivery (no matter where you live in the UK) from the day after you place your order. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 9pm.

Click & Collect - Free

Collect your order from one of over 55 La Senza stores. You'll be able to collect your goodies the next working day if you order before 7pm.

Next Day Delivery - £5.95

Order before 7pm and we can deliver it to you tomorrow. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

Saturday Delivery - £6.95

Timed Deliveries (sorry, these come with extra charges)

Pick a time convenient for you. Available Tuesday to Saturday.

Before 12noon - £5.95

We hope you’ll love any item bought from us, but we understand that occasionally we all make purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with.

La Senza Stores
Simply take your items to your nearest store within 21 days from receipt of your delivery. Remember to bring your order note or order confirmation email as proof of purchase. You'll also need to bring the card you paid with online and the cardholder needs to be present.

Royal Mail
Simply tell us your returning your items within 7 working days following receipt of your order by calling customer services on *0843 33 000 33 or e-mail us at customercare@lasenza.co.uk. All you need to do then is simply follow our step by step guide on our Delivery & Returns page.
